1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Fanloop Inc. (“Fanloop”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), governing your access to and use of the website at fanloop.online and our event ticketing software platform.
2. Event Organizer Responsibilities
Organizers using Fanloop agree to accurately describe event details, honor all valid tickets presented at venue gates, and adhere to local health, licensing, and safety ordinances. Fanloop provides technology infrastructure and does not produce or operate the events listed on the platform.
3. Payment Processing & Payouts
Ticket sales proceeds are processed through our authorized payment partner (Stripe, Inc.) and settled directly into the organizer's linked merchant bank account on a daily rolling basis.
4. Viral Referral Cashback Program
Attendees participating in referral cashback incentives receive automated card credits upon successful qualifying ticket checkouts made through their unique referral link. Abuse of referral mechanisms through deceptive bot traffic or self-referrals is strictly prohibited.
