Customers and Event Organizers retain 100% intellectual property ownership over all event listings, promotional assets, pricing structures, attendee databases, and AI-generated marketing outputs created on Fanloop. Fanloop asserts zero proprietary claims over your business assets.
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Customer", "Organizer", or "User") and Fanloop Inc. ("Fanloop", "we", "us", or "our"). By creating an event, buying a ticket, accessing our APIs, or utilizing the Fanloop platform (fanloop.online), you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Transparent Pricing & Fee Governance
Fanloop provides event ticketing software with ₹0 setup fees, ₹0 monthly subscriptions, and 0% organizer commission. Event Organizers receive 100% of their set ticket face value. Ticket purchasers pay a transparent service fee at checkout which covers:
- End-to-end payment processing (UPI, RuPay, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, NetBanking).
- Viral referral cashback pool distribution and fraud validation.
- Dynamic encrypted QR barcode re-generation and entry gate scanning infrastructure.
- Applicable GST/VAT compliance and 24/7 attendee customer support.
3. Daily Rolling Payouts & Fanloop Capital Advances
Ticket proceeds are transferred directly into the Organizer's verified bank account on a daily rolling basis via RBI-authorized banking partners (IMPS/NEFT/RTGS) and Stripe Connect.
Fanloop Capital: Qualified event organizers receiving upfront advances agree that repayments will be automatically deducted as an agreed percentage of gross incoming ticket receipts until the principal and fixed facility fee are satisfied. Advances carry no personal property collateral and zero compounding penalty interest.
4. Enterprise 99.99% Availability SLA
Fanloop guarantees a 99.99% system availability Service Level Agreement (SLA) for mission-critical ticketing infrastructure and on-site box office gate verification.
Continuous cloud availability backed by multi-region AWS auto-scaling clusters.
Gate scanning app operates 100% offline via local encrypted cryptographic keys if venue telecom networks fail.
5. Ethical Face-Value Resales & Anti-Scalping
Secondary ticket resales are restricted to Fanloop's closed-loop ethical resale marketplace. Tickets may only be transferred at or below original face value. The seller's original barcode is permanently invalidated and a new cryptographically encrypted QR barcode is minted to the verified buyer.
