Clear, transparent refund and transfer guidelines on Fanloop.
1. Event Postponement or Cancellation
If an event is officially cancelled by the promoter, all ticket purchasers will receive a full automatic refund of their ticket price returned directly to their original payment card. If an event is rescheduled, your ticket remains valid for the new date, or you may request a refund window provided by the event promoter.
2. Change of Mind & Transfer to Other Attendees
As with standard live entertainment ticketing, tickets are non-refundable for individual changes of mind unless the specific promoter offers a custom cancellation window. However, Fanloop provides 100% Free Name Changes and an automated Face-Value Resale System so you can safely transfer your pass to another fan.
3. Viral Referral Cashback Terms
Cashback earned through the Fanloop buyer referral program is credited automatically to your payment card as referred friends complete checkout. Cashback cannot exceed 100% of your total ticket order face value.
